1. Key Product Families & Their Nature (High-Level Overview)
To avoid confusion and set expectations clearly:
Durahuman (durahuman.com)
Performance, health, and efficiency tools, including training programs, protocols, education, and other performance-support resources for human performance and lifestyle optimization.
PROTOPARENT (protoparent.com)
An AI-supported parenting and family strategist offering fertility tracking, health-oriented insights, parenting frameworks, and coordination tools for families. It is not a medical, psychological, or child-protective services provider.
HER Engine
An evidence-based research and decision-support engine designed to synthesize information, models, and frameworks for performance, strategy, and life decisions. It does not replace professional advice in any domain.

Durahuman Library
A digital library of educational materials, research summaries, frameworks, and related content. Content is informational and educational and does not replace licensed professional advice.
All of these are educational and performance-support tools. None create medical, psychological, financial, legal, or fiduciary relationships between you and Durahuman Group.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or subscribe to any paid Services.
For general informational access (e.g., browsing content), minimum age is typically 16, but may be higher where required by law or by app store policies.
If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you may not enter into paid contracts yourself.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you submit is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You bear all risk arising from your use or reliance on the Services.
-
You are solely responsible for determining whether any product, program, or protocol is appropriate given your health, family circumstances, risk tolerance, and objectives.
-
You agree that Durahuman Group is not responsible for any injury, harm, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of any Services or information we provide.
You should always consult appropriate licensed professionals (e.g., physician, mental health provider, financial advisor, attorney, child development specialist) before acting on any guidance, especially if you have existing conditions, complex family situations, or high-stakes decisions.

4.1 Branding & Authorized Channels
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Durahuman Group is the operator and/or authorized distributor of products and Services sold through our official sites, apps, and checkout portals, including those branded Durahuman, PROTOPARENT, HER Engine, The Crawla, and Durahuman Library.
Any offer, product, or guidance using our branding outside approved channels may be unauthorized, and we are not responsible for it.

All content on our Sites and within our Services—including AI outputs, educational materials, assessments, scores, results, or recommendations—is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Specifically:
-
Durahuman (supplements and performance tools): Not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. No content is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
-
PROTOPARENT: Provides parenting strategies, fertility analytics, health-oriented education, and coordination tools, but does not replace OB/GYNs, pediatricians, midwives, psychologists, therapists, or child-protective services. It does not guarantee conception, pregnancy outcomes, child outcomes, or family stability.
-
HER Engine: Provides AI-supported research synthesis, models, and scenario planning. Outputs may reference studies, theories, or data, but they are not medical, legal, tax, investment, mental health, or other professional advice. They are decision-support tools only.
-
The Crawla: Provides structured workflows, assessments, and guidance to support planning and execution. It does not certify readiness, safety, or competence for any role, mission, or occupation.

Durahuman Library: Provides educational and research materials. It is not professional advice and may not be complete, current, or applicable to your situation.
You must not treat any content as a replacement for direct guidance from licensed professionals. If you suspect a medical emergency, safety threat, or high-risk financial/legal situation, contact an appropriate professional or emergency service immediately.
5. Age Restriction Policy
Paid Services (subscriptions, coaching, training, and premium access) are intended for adults 18+.
Children and minors should not use PROTOPARENT, HER Engine, The Crawla, or the Durahuman Library without guardian oversight, and may not enter into paid contracts.
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a user is under 18 or in violation of these age restrictions.

When you purchase or subscribe to any Durahuman Group product or Service:
-
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.
-
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, subscription fees, and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions (including, but not limited to, PROTOPARENT tiers, HER Engine access tiers, The Crawla access tiers, and Durahuman Library memberships):
-
Are typically auto-renewing until canceled.
-
You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting support@durahuman.com.
-
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except where required by law or specified in a product-specific guarantee.
All purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
