HEROS | Human Expansion Readiness Operating System
HEROS
starts with you.
Before the mission. Before the next environment. Understand the human who has to meet it. HEROS is designed to connect readiness, role fit, and a direction for growth.
An overview of the HEROS architecture. Assessments and purchases are unavailable through this page.
Meet the demands
before they meet you.
Pressure changes the questions. How do you think? How do you adapt? What do you bring to a crew? HEROS brings those questions into one structured readiness and development experience.
-
01 / ASSESS
Look inward.
Work through a structured assessment of reasoning, behavior, teamwork, adaptation, and self-reported health factors.
-
02 / UNDERSTAND
See the pattern.
Explore domain scores, a readiness tier, competency strengths, and the limiting factors that deserve attention.
-
03 / EXPLORE
Find your contribution.
Consider how your profile relates to a taxonomy of future crew roles, with a primary match and supporting role hierarchy.
-
04 / DEVELOP
Choose what comes next.
Use growth priorities and optional AI-assisted development guidance to frame a more deliberate path forward.
Five lenses.
A fuller picture.
The configured full form combines 149 readiness questions with 20 self-reported health-rubric questions. Explore the areas the architecture is designed to consider.
Health responses provide context. They do not establish physical fitness, diagnose a condition, or clear anyone for a mission.
01Cognitive & technical aptitude
Systems thinking, technical reasoning, and attention to detail: how you approach complexity and make sense of a demanding problem.
02Resilience & environmental awareness
Stress composure, adaptability, and awareness of changing conditions: the behavioral side of staying useful under pressure.
03Social cohesion & leadership
Communication, team orientation, and leadership: how you contribute when people depend on one another.
04Adaptability & improvisation
Learning agility, autonomy, and responses to uncertainty: how you adjust when the plan meets reality.
05Self-reported health context
Sleep, activity, injury history, and other self-reported factors provide context for readiness interpretation. Any concerns require qualified human review.
Five domain scores. A composite view. A readiness tier.
Competency strengths and limiting factors.
Primary, secondary, and tertiary role-fit outputs.
Optional AI-assisted narrative and development pathways.
Conceptual output preview. No personal assessment or score is generated here. Feature access may vary in a future release.
Know where to
put your effort.
A number is a starting point. The HEROS design connects assessment outputs to a competency profile, role exploration, and focused development priorities.
- 12 competency dimensions, from discipline to systems thinking.
- Limiting factors that help frame the next development conversation.
- A personal dossier and report architecture for reviewing results.
Authoritative scoring is deterministic. Optional AI narrative is a separate interpretive layer. Scoring methods and role mappings remain subject to human review.
A mission needs
more than one kind of mind.
The HEROS taxonomy contains 19 roles spanning technical, human, and operational contributions. The purpose is to open a development conversation about where you may contribute.
Guide the mission.
Explore the contribution of navigation, communication, and mission leadership.
Keep systems working.
Consider engineering, mechanical repair, energy systems, and habitat support.
Strengthen the crew.
Explore human factors, team learning, and health-support role concepts.
Extend the horizon.
Consider resource analysis, life sciences, materials, and environmental systems.
These are illustrative role families, not finalized role names. Authoritative naming and mapping remain under review. Role fit does not confer a credential, employment eligibility, fitness for duty, or mission qualification.
From individual insight
to the crew picture.
The broader architecture connects assessment, scenario exploration, and development. These capabilities describe the product design; availability is paused.
Enter at the right depth.
HER Lite introduces a readiness snapshot. The full HER form is configured for 169 questions. DERT and Explorer add scenario-based assessment experiences.
Understand the group.
Crew profiles, team comparison, role-distribution analysis, and individual or cohort development pathways form the wider design.
Is HEROS available to use now?
HEROS is temporarily retired from the active Durahuman offering while development focuses on expanding Durahuman X. This page introduces the experience; it does not open an assessment, enrollment, subscription, or credit purchase. A reopening date has not been announced.
Does HEROS diagnose health or certify readiness?
No. HEROS is a non-clinical readiness and competency-development system. It is not medical authority, a diagnostic tool, or independent certification of physical, occupational, or mission readiness. It is not independently production-certified or clinically validated. Qualified human judgment remains necessary.
Does AI decide the score or assign a role?
Authoritative assessment scoring is deterministic rather than generated by an LLM. Optional AI-assisted narrative and pathways are separate from that scoring. Role-fit outputs support exploration and development; they do not replace accountable human decisions.
What happens to subscriptions and credits here?
This page offers no purchases or account access. It does not change an existing account, subscription, balance, or billing arrangement. For account or billing questions, contact Durahuman through the store's contact page.
Under Construction
HEROS is temporarily retired from the active offering while Durahuman Group focuses development on expanding Durahuman X. The vision remains here to explore. Assessment access and purchases are unavailable through this page.
