Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Please read this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) together with our Terms of Use and any product-specific terms before placing an order at Durahuman.com or through any other authorized distribution channel of Durahuman Group (“Durahuman Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing any of our digital products, software, subscriptions, or services (including HER Engine, PROTOPARENT, The Crawla, and the Durahuman Library), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. General Nature of Our Products

Most Durahuman Group offerings are digital products, software-as-a-service (SaaS), subscriptions, educational content, and/or performance tools. Once access is granted or content is delivered, it generally cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Accordingly, all sales are final except where:

  • A different refund policy is expressly stated for a specific product or promotion; or

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

If there is ever a product-specific refund window (for example, a “7-day guarantee”), it will be clearly stated at the point of purchase and will override any inconsistent terms in this Policy for that specific offer only.

2. Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale, creation, licensing, and distribution of all products and services provided by Durahuman Group and its affiliates to consumers via www.Durahuman.com and any other authorized platforms we control.

For conditions relating to sales made by third parties (for example, app stores, marketplaces, payment providers, or resellers), please refer to both this Policy and our Terms of Use, as well as any terms imposed by that third party.

When you use any Durahuman Group service (including, but not limited to, user accounts, assessments, plans, coaching, training content, mobile applications, subscriptions, gift cards, or digital downloads, including HER Engine, PROTOPARENT, The Crawla, and the Durahuman Library), you are also subject to any additional service-specific terms, guidelines, and policies. If there is any inconsistency between these Conditions of Sale and the applicable Service Terms for a particular product or service, the Service Terms will control for that specific product or service.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order;

  • Limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated systems;

  • Verify identity, payment information, and eligibility before accepting an order.

3. Pricing, Billing & Availability

Ownership & Control of Offerings

All products, software, services, and content distributed by Durahuman Group are the proprietary property of Durahuman Group or its licensors. Any representation of our products or pricing outside of our authorized channels is considered unauthorized and may constitute misrepresentation, infringement, or other legal violations.

Official Pricing

Official prices for Durahuman Group offerings are those listed on Durahuman.com or within our official applications and checkout portals at the time you complete your purchase.

Any different prices, discounts, or claims displayed on other websites or by unauthorized parties should be treated as invalid and non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing by Durahuman Group.

Unless you have specific written authorization from Durahuman Group, any attempt to sell, resell, discount, or otherwise alter the advertised prices of our products or services is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action where appropriate.

Price Changes

We may modify pricing, product descriptions, and availability at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, except where prohibited by applicable law. Price changes do not affect completed purchases that have already been confirmed.

Availability & Delivery Estimates

Products and services listed on our website or platforms may be designated as “in stock,” “available,” “waitlist,” “beta,” or “out of stock.” These designations are for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

Digital products and SaaS offerings are typically delivered by granting account access, sending download links, or enabling features in your existing account.

Any stated delivery times (including email delivery, account activation, or content release schedules) are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon for mission-critical purposes.

4. Order Processing & Errors

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, product descriptions, or availability—even after an order has been submitted—provided we have not yet materially fulfilled the order.

If a pricing or listing error materially affects your order, we may, at our discretion:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund;

  • Contact you with the correct information and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order; or

  • Provide an alternative product or service if mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Digital Products & SaaS Access

All sales of digital products, downloadable content, courses, assessments, software, and SaaS subscriptions are final once access is granted or materials have been delivered, except as required by law or where a product-specific guarantee is explicitly stated.

Access is considered “granted” when login credentials, access links, activation emails, or app entitlements have been successfully delivered to the email address or account you provided at checkout.

Subscription Services

Subscription products (including, but not limited to, ongoing SaaS access, memberships, and recurring content) will automatically renew at the stated interval unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at the email specified on the website.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, including the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or where a product-specific guarantee is clearly stated.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Durahuman Group offers physical products (such as books, merchandise, or devices) from time to time, returns and refunds for those items will be governed by product-specific terms displayed at the point of sale. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Physical items must generally be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, and within the specified return window;

  • Shipping and handling costs are typically non-refundable;

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless required by law or stated otherwise.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Durahuman Group, you agree to first contact us in good faith to resolve any billing or service issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to products and services and may be pursued through collections or legal action where appropriate, consistent with applicable law.
