Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items and services offered by Durahuman Group (“Durahuman Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may be presented as subscriptions, pre-orders, trials, or try-before-you-buy options. This Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases, and how they interact with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms of Service, and Shipping & Delivery Policy (where applicable).

By placing an order with Durahuman Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.


1. Subscriptions

1.1 Nature of Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription to any Durahuman Group product or service (for example, digital access to PROTOPARENT, HER Engine, The Crawla, or the Durahuman Library), you will receive recurring access and/or recurring billing based on:

  • The subscription plan;

  • The billing frequency (e.g., monthly, annually); and

  • The features and access level you selected at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment processor; and

  • You will be charged automatically for each renewal period until you cancel.

Some subscriptions may be offered as fixed-term (e.g., 6-month access) and may auto-renew at the end of the term unless you cancel before renewal.

1.2 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time, subject to the following:

How to cancel:

  • Use the “Manage Subscription” link included in your order confirmation or subscription emails; or

  • Access your account portal (where available); or

  • Contact us at support@durahuman.com for assistance.

Effective date of cancellation:

  • Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise specified in a product-specific offer).

  • You will retain access through the end of the paid term, after which access will stop.

1.3 Charges & Refunds for Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already incurred, including the current billing period, except where required by law or expressly provided in a product-specific guarantee.

2. Pre-Orders

2.1 Nature of Pre-Orders

Pre-order options may be offered for products or services that are:

  • Out of stock but expected to return; or

  • Not yet released or available at the time of purchase (e.g., a new module, book, or physical/limited-run item).

When you place a pre-order:

  • You are reserving a future product or access that is not yet immediately available.

We may either:

  • Collect full payment at checkout; or

  • Collect a partial deposit, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance when the product is ready to fulfill.

2.2 Changing or Canceling Pre-Orders

Before fulfillment:
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Any deposit or prepayment will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

After fulfillment:
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled (e.g., the product ships or digital access is granted), it can no longer be canceled as a pre-order. You may then, where permitted, request a return or refund subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific conditions.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy / Trials (If Offered)

From time to time, Durahuman Group may offer trial periods, limited-feature access, or “try-before-you-buy” options for certain digital products or services.

3.1 Nature of Try-Before-You-Buy Offers

You may be granted temporary access to a product or service at reduced cost or no immediate charge, with the understanding that:

  • If you do not cancel before the end of the trial or try-before-you-buy period, your stored payment method may be charged for continued access; and

  • At the end of the trial, your account may convert to a paid subscription or one-time purchase, as clearly set out on the offer page and at checkout.

3.2 Canceling Try-Before-You-Buy

You may cancel a try-before-you-buy or trial offer before the automatic billing date by:

  • Using the cancellation or “Manage Subscription” link included in your welcome or confirmation email; or

  • Using your account portal (where available); or

  • Contacting support@durahuman.com with sufficient time for us to process your request.

If you do not cancel before the stated deadline:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method in accordance with the offer terms;

  • Once converted to a paid plan, cancellation will follow the rules under Subscriptions (Section 1) and refunds will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


4. Interaction with Refund & Shipping Policies

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy governs how and when you can change or cancel subscriptions, pre-orders, and similar options.

Whether you are eligible for a refund, full or partial, is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any offer-specific guarantees.

Any physical products are additionally subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and a specific written guarantee or promotional terms presented at checkout, the specific written terms for that product or promotion will control for that purchase.


5. Changes to This Policy

Durahuman Group reserves the right to update or modify this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy will reflect the latest revision.

Your continued use of the Services or continued participation in subscriptions, pre-orders, trials, or try-before-you-buy offers after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using these options and manage your cancellations accordingly.
